The home features a salt water hot tub and large deck in the backyard with new landscaping making a peaceful place to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and the wall separating the kitchen from the living area has been removed creating a large open space. The kitchen features a reading nook on the south corner allowing you to relax with coffee or spend a quiet moment. A new breakfast bar has been added with a colorful countertop giving eating options or a place to chat with the chef.
The living room features a large flat screen TV, and electric fireplace and comfortable seating that will invite you to relax at day's end. This area is complimented with a dining area for 6.
This home has 3 bedrooms – a king primary bedroom, a king guest bedroom, and a queen guest bedroom, comfortably sleeping 6 in beds.
Each of these 3 bedrooms has a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable at all times and a wall-mounted flat screen TV for those times when you want to be alone and relax. There are 2-shared bathrooms.

Place was Bright and Clean
I booked the place primarily for the location (proximity to the beach, playground, and dining all within short walking distance), but the place itself was bright and clean. The new air conditioner was welcome given the heat advisory, and the host was extremely responsive. You definitely pay for the privilege but I didn't feel ripped off. We'll Be Back Next Summer!
Second time staying in this home. Kitchen has been renovated and was a huge improvement. Enjoyed the new deck and spa, too! Still wish there was central air, but we finally got down the AC/fan routine enough to where it was only a little warm for a couple hours in the late afternoon. Clean peaceful house for any family
I brought my mom, daughter, and a friend and her daughter to stay near la jolla shores for the week. The girls were 6 and 8. my mom is partially handicapped (stability issues). Great location, easy to find, ample parking. 2 full bathrooms. House and yard were clean and fresh. The backyard is well maintained with humming birds visiting regularly. Washer and dryer in the garage along with plenty of beach equipment. This house came at a high cost, but it delivered in every way. the management company was quick in response to my questions. Fantastic location!
Fantastic location! Right next to a corner store, shops and restaurants. About a 6 min walk to the beach. Location cannot be beat. House itself could use a little updating and a good scrub in the corners. Lots of spiderwebs, but clean otherwise and the large yard was great!
