You'll love being located within walking distance of all the great restaurants, cafes, shops, and boutiques the quintessential village of La Jolla has to offer. Both the beaches and La Jolla's famous shops and restaurants are within a 3-4-block walk, so this is a great choice if you want a carless vacation. At the beaches, explore the wonders of tide pools, watch the local seals romp in the surf, and laze on the shore.
The well-equipped kitchen has an island with seating and a dine in table. The adjacent family room has a TV and doors leading out to the back courtyard patio with dining and lounging furniture. A cozy sitting room, dining room, and half bathroom complete the first level.
The upstairs primary suite has a king bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with marble floor and counters, a walk-in shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. A sunny second bedroom faces the front of the house with ocean views and a queen bed. The third guest room has a queen bed as well. The guest bathroom with a shower/tub and double vanity is down the hall across from a laundry closet with a full-size washer/dryer.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. We do NOT allow Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

We will be back
The property was very comfortable for a small group. A good layout in terms of the bedrooms for privacy. A great location for walking to beaches, shops, restaurants, groceries, etc. I will say the television was a bit difficult to navigate but someone came out to assist us as soon as we got in touch with the hosts. Perfect home for us!
We had a wonderful stay. We have two boys and they loved having their own rooms. The location was perfect - walkable to a lot of great restaurants and the beach. Unfortunately there was fog in the mornings so we didn’t get to experience the amazing view from the rooftop deck in the morning, but definitely enjoyed it in the evening. We forgot our beach umbrellas - so we were incredibly happy that there were some available for us to use. Having a garage was a plus! Beautiful Home
My family had a great experience at the house. Pictures are very actuate. House is very spacious. We had plenty of gathering options to spend time together as a family and still be able to retreat to separate spaces as needed. The location is Amazing!!! Walking distance to great restaurants and main areas of La Jolla, as well the ability to walk to beaches through a great neighborhood with plenty of beautiful houses to see. Place is Nice!
Place is nice, large and clean. Kitchen has everything we needed. Location is across the street from tacos, restaurants and a sea food market. Easy walk to the main parts of La Jolla. Host was very helpful. Coordinated with the baby gear rental company I used so they set everything up before I got there.
