The first floor features a large open living/dining room with a 70-inch TV. The perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach or exploring. The updated kitchen has everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal or simple bar-b-que. Just off the kitchen is the patio area with seating for 6, as well as the hot tub.
The first-floor features 3 bedrooms. Two share a jack and jill bathroom. The third bedroom has a hall bathroom.
The second-floor features three bedrooms. The primary ensuite has a king bed, TV and small balcony. The second upstairs room has a king, and the third bedroom has a king and a single bed along with a crib if needed. Both guest bedrooms are en-suite.
A spiral staircase takes you to the rooftop deck which has distance ocean views along with lounge chairs and a bar height table for 4. It's the perfect spot to what the sunset or sunrise for early birds!

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
Spiral Staircase to the rooftop deck is two stories and narrower. It might not be ideal for everyone.
The garage dimensions are: 8 feet wide by 17 feet long. Best for mid-size car. SUV will not fit.
No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS!

Perfect Accommodation for Our Group!
The host of this home was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and any questions we had. We booked this trip so last minute after canceling a trip to Hawaii due to storms but the host made it very comforting for us. Instructions for check in were very clear. The location for this home can’t be beat! Just a 10 min walk to the beach, amazing restaurants nearby and the property was private with large lush beautiful trees. Home was Spacious and Well Appointed
The home was spacious and well appointed. Incredibly convenient to downtown La Jolla and San Diego. Kitchen had great range and oven, with plenty of cooking and serving ware to accommodate our extended family of 10. The rooftop deck was a beautiful place to watch the sunset. Great Home
We love visiting this area of La Jolla, close to Windansea and LJ Village. This was our first time in this home and we can't wait to come back again next year.
