Located in the heart of La Jolla Village next to the Museum of Contemporary Art, it sits in an ideal location just a short walk to an abundance of fine dining, upscale shops, art galleries, museums, and spas.
This 1st floor 2-bedroom 1 bath condo with plenty of natural sunlight from expansive windows sleeps 6 comfortably in beds making it a perfect getaway for a small family or two couples vacationing together.
The dining/living area has ocean views and welcomes. Just turn your head slightly while watching TV and you can take in an ocean view with palm trees waving in front of it. Fun.
A modern well-furnished kitchen has everything to meet your culinary needs including a kitchen dining nook for 2 that is close to a dining area for 6 so everyone can eat together while relishing in the ocean views. All you need do is add the food and the fun.
A king primary bedroom and additional bedroom with 2 queen beds share a full bath with a shower.
This home also has WI-FI and cable. There is only street parking available at this unit.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!
Its location on the ocean with sweeping ocean views and lots of ways to enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches in the world - swim, surf, walk along the cliffs.
Across the street from Cuvier Beach and the "Wedding Bowl".
La Jolla Village is famous in its own right - and you are just a short stroll away from all it has to offer - shops, great restaurants, museums, spas, etc.
It is comfortable and easy so you can spend most of your time enjoying La Jolla and the rich, varied, greater San Diego area with its many world-class attractions that are great day adventures.
We manage six units in this complex if you need additional accommodations, please reach out for information.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
This unit is located in a complex with multiple units. All spaces within the complex, such as the BBQ, patios, and laundry areas are communal. The laundry requires an app to be downloaded and there is a charge to use the machines.
There's plenty of street parking available, our guests receive a helpful map of the area that includes suggested places to park.
No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
Please be advised that there is no dishwasher in this condo.
Pack n' play available for rent, please contact the office for details.
Pet Friendly (additional fees apply), one pet allowed under 20 pounds due to shared spaces.
As a reminder, all pets must be kept on a leash and in the presence of their owner if they are outside an apartment unit.

Great Proximity to the Beach
Location within La Jolla was perfect. Walkable to the beautiful downtown area which had wonderful restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend Eddy V for happy hour. George’s was also great. Ocean View From Spacious Patio!
We stayed for a family wedding. Ocean view from spacious patio! Conveniently located next to the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego, and a minute walk away from the wedding bowl. The location makes for a great value. The space itself has lived in character being it is an older building. Clean and functional. Very quiet at night. Street parking was available; be sure to understand the restrictions and you will be fine. I am extremely happy with this rental. The unit was very clean, and in a safe, walkable neighborhood with free parking.
