This four-level home boasts four bedrooms and three and a half baths. Luxurious furnishings throughout its indoor and outdoor spaces make it a perfect seaside vacation retreat to enjoy with family and friends. Plus, air-conditioning will keep the space cool and comfortable when relaxing from the day's excursions.
On the first floor, you will find a family room with a large TV, and fireplace, as well as an adjacent bathroom including a large walk in shower. You will also find the laundry room and first guest bedroom with a King bed on this entry floor. Stairs led down to a basement TV/game room area with a foosball table, TV, and plenty of seating accommodations.
On the second level, there's an expansive modern kitchen, with seating in the dining area and kitchen island. With granite countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and everything else you need to meet your culinary desires, all you need to do is add the food and the camaraderie. Just outside the slider doors is ample patio space as well as space to dine alfresco and a long firepit. There is also a half bathroom off the dining area as well.
On the 3rd level, there is a shared full bath with a walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms both have a shared deck space, walk in closets, and ceiling fans for your comfort. One of these guest bedrooms includes a king-sized bed, while the other shares a twin and full-sized bed. The main bedroom suite on the 3rd level has a king bed, a large TV, two balconies with views, a custom designed ensuite bath with dual sinks, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet - a wonderful place to retreat and relax as you wish.
Finally, this home has a large rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views to soak in the sunset and put the cherry on top of your vacation. Breakfast bar seating and a fire pit in front of a love seat make this rooftop deck the place to be.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. We do NOT allow Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Such an Incredible Experience!
Our group came to La Jolla/San Diego for a friends’ wedding- and staying at the Ocean Sands Vacation rental was truly such an incredible experience! This Place Truly Exceeded Our Expectations!
Fantastic place right in the heart of La Jolla! The pictures don’t do the home or the views justice. The location was perfect, just steps from local favorites like The Taco Stand, The Fish Market, and great brunch spots like Sugar and Scribe and Il Giardino. We didn’t even need to rent a car because everything was so close by. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook family dinners and grill, and the fire pits and movie room downstairs made for the perfect way to end each evening. Graduation Celebration
We stayed at this beautiful home for my son‘s UCSD graduation weekend. The location was wonderful and quiet and was beautiful and spacious for a group. We were able to walk into town as the house was close to shops and restaurants. We hosted a graduation dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed to serve our beautiful meal. Wonderful Vacation
The experience of booking a vacation spot in La Jolla, California through AirBNB was not complicated nor frustrating. I made errors on the dates and had to call and retrace my errors and the representative who helped me was so kind. I found the cost reasonable for the location chosen. There were some surprises. The view(s) were amazing. I was surprised at how many outdoor spaces there were. The outdoor spaces had seating areas that we took advantage of. The game room was so fun, and the beach toys were used. We all traveled far to reach La Jolla and to have beach amenities was a great surprise. The house itself was so clean and designed so well and the artwork! Very cool! The kitchen was set up well and we cooked a lot. The space is large and welcoming, perfect for gathering a family. Great Stay!
Our family of 7 stayed here and had a great time. The location was perfect for short walks to the village and beach, busy but also quiet and safe. The house itself was set up perfectly for our group with good separation of beds and baths as well as plenty of public spaces with room to hang out together as a group. We used all of the various decks, and it was so great to have options for different times of the day. The management company was super responsive.
