This two-story home has seven bedrooms and nine full bathrooms, and three powder rooms. A view dream kitchen, eight-seat theater room, exercise room, an entertainment room with a bar, and an expansive vanishing edge pool & spa.
This home is ideal for a large family gathering or friends and family vacationing together, as it has multiple living spaces. Both formal living rooms offer views and French door access to the terrace for al fresco dining with endless views - day or night. There is also a family room with a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. This estate comfortably sleeps 18 in beds.
The king primary bedroom (up 6 stairs) features a four-poster bed, access to the view terrace, inside comfortable seating area, and floor to ceiling ocean views. A spacious ensuite spa features a large raised soaking tub - also with exquisite views.
On the main level, there is the king primary bedroom, a king bedroom and a bedroom with two queens each with a flatscreen TV and ensuite baths. On the lower level there are two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two queen beds all. All the bedrooms have a flatscreen TV and an ensuite bath. French doors open to the home's grassy yard, just steps from the sparkling infinity pool.
This home has several dining spaces - a formal view dining room for eight, seating for 6 in the eat-in kitchen, and multiple outdoor view dining opportunities. A high-end chef's dream kitchen has a 180-degree ocean view, and a center island with seating for four. This home offers a spacious home gym with floor-to-ceiling ocean views, an ensuite steam shower and sauna with ocean views. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. We do NOT allow Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

The Sunset Views were Amazing!
This property lives up to everything posted on the listing and beyond. The home is very spacious with amazing views. We had a private chef come in and cook a dinner for a party of 12 and there was plenty of space for them to cook in the kitchen and serve dinner on the main floor, outdoor patio. Perfect Winter Getaway!
Great property for a family gathering. The view from the home is priceless with an unimpeded view of the ocean and sunset every evening. Highly recommended for large groups. The host was great and met us as the property to do a walkthrough upon check in which was super helpful given the size of the property as well as the amenities offered. The basket full of goodies the host left was the perfect added touch to the stay. Overall, we immensely enjoyed our stay at this property. Perfect Rental for Retreat

Gorgeous Views
The Seascape Estate is a beautiful house with gorgeous views from almost every room and the best outdoor spaces. We really enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor dining area just off the kitchen and lounging outside at the pool, where all the outdoor furniture was great. The house was also very clean, and the beds were so comfortable.
