This property is quite majestic with spectacular views of the ocean from the expansive master suite
Ocean Sounds was extremely helpful in arranging our same day rental at this property during a very stressful time when we had vacated a previous rental due to safety concerns. Many thanks to Penny —responsive and professional. We were met at the rental to tour the property and have questions answered. This property is quite majestic with spectacular views of the ocean from the expansive master suite, multiple large sitting areas, as well as the outdoor areas. Our family of 11, particularly enjoyed afternoons in the pool and spa followed by dinners watching the sunset and relaxing around the fire pit at night. While we did not cook, the kitchen was expansive and well supplied with multiple utensils, pots, and pans, dishes and serving-ware. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms and house very clean. The are minor signs of wear that did not impact the rental to meet all needs. We did not use the exercise equipment sauna theater so cannot comment. Would highly recommend

My Grandchildren Loved the Pool
My grandchildren loved the pool and the hot tub! They also liked that all the bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The large kitchen allowed lots of space for food preparation.

So Spacious
The house is even more than what is shown on the listing. So spacious, private and open. Pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures, and very pet friendly and welcoming. Kitchen was also perfectly sized for a large group. Can’t wait to return!

More than Enough Space for All of Us!

Highly Recommend for a Family Stay
We hosted a small elopement at the home and couldn’t have asked for a better host and setting. They were so accommodating. The property was the perfect location for our small event! The rooms and views are immaculate!! The property is well maintained. We felt like it was out of a storybook. Would highly recommend for a family stay. The Sunset Views were Amazing!
This property lives up to everything posted on the listing and beyond. The home is very spacious with amazing views. We had a private chef come in and cook a dinner for a party of 12 and there was plenty of space for them to cook in the kitchen and serve dinner on the main floor, outdoor patio. We did appetizers and cocktails on the rooftop patio - it was perfect and the sunset views were amazing!

Perfect Winter Getaway!
Great property for a family gathering. The view from the home is priceless with an unimpeded view of the ocean and sunset every evening. Highly recommended for large groups. The host was great and met us as the property to do a walkthrough upon check in which was super helpful given the size of the property as well as the amenities offered. The basket full of goodies the host left was the perfect added touch to the stay. Overall, we immensely enjoyed our stay at this property. The space was plentiful for our large group and the heated pool, hot tub and sauna toppled with the excellent weather made for a perfect winter getaway.

Fabulous 10/10
Due to lack of better words, the house was amazing. The view from every room was absolutely stunning, the pool and spa overlooking the coast was unbelievable. There is ample space for any size party, and the booking staff was very accommodating to answer any question asked. 11/10 would recommend.

Perfect Rental for Retreat
Our women’s retreat for seven women for the week enjoyed the beautiful view, the generous spaces, the gourmet kitchen, and all of the other amenities of the house. We had a fantastic time gathering in different parts of the house, and made good use of the hot tub. Perfect for our group, we would definitely return!

Gorgeous Views
The Seascape Estate is a beautiful house with gorgeous views from almost every room and the best outdoor spaces. We really enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor dining area just off the kitchen and lounging outside at the pool, where all the outdoor furniture was great. The house was also very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The house was almost too big, even for our party of 13, but the AC worked well and kept the whole house comfortably cool.
