This room opens up to a patio plenty large enough for lounging, sunning, or dining. A modern kitchen has all the amenities you need to create meals and snacks for your family. A kitchen bar with 2-high top stools is right next to a dining area that seats 6.
An enclosed front patio offers the ease of a barbecue and dining al fresco for 8 as you watch the evening sky turn to night. A back yard lawn with a private patio and comfortable seating – creating two ideal outside areas for those who wish to spend more time inside than out.
The king primary suite feels like a large, spacious airy loft with its vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, a flat screen TV, and an en suite bath that features 2 vanity sinks, a large soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower.
There is a twin bunk bed bedroom on the 2nd floor with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has its own private patio. The floor plan lends itself to easy living and entertaining. There are French doors, hardwood floors, and decking. Bliss!
There is a queen guest bedroom on this ground level with a large flat screen TV, and an en suite bath with a shower tub combination, and access to the outside patio. This bedroom makes things easier if any of your guests cannot easily navigate stairs.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds with a maximum occupancy of 7. There is an additional half-bath on the first floor.

You are very near all of the unique attractions of La Jolla Village, as well as just a short distance to freeway access, where in a few minutes you can be at SeaWorld, The San Diego Zoo, or any other of the many world-class attractions of this area.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. We do NOT allow Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

The Beach is Steps Away!
We were looking for a quiet, relaxing stay by the beach in a safe neighborhood and this property delivered. The beach truly is steps away. The home was clean, spacious and tastefully (comfortably) furnished. We appreciated having a full private bathroom with each bedroom plus the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were all cozy and comfortable. There was plenty of street parking in front of the house. Comfortable and Spacious Accommodations!
It was a great location for us as we wanted to visit the zoo and explore farther north (Torrey Pines). It is an easy one-block walk to the ocean. There is also a small grocery store with prepared food items. There are several walkable restaurants. We liked the burger place. Comfortable and spacious accommodation. Slice Of Heaven!
Let me first say that Wyndansea Beach is a slice of heaven. My family stayed there while residents of San Diego and have returned twice since relocating cross country. We love the area. As for the rental, it was well equipped with everything we needed and plenty of space to host 4 adults and a 3 year old. The front patio was a great space to eat/relax, the beds were comfortable (even the bunk bed fit an adult). The ceiling fans worked fine as did the washer & dryer. Little things like that are important to me. The location was perfect and this was our 5th time renting in Wyndansea so we know the area well. Lastly, Ocean Sands was very accommodating/flexible and very responsive which provided a great experience overall. We will rent this property again when we return. Wonderful!
We stayed for our daughters UCSD graduation weekend. The house was wonderful and had everything we needed for our visit so we could relax and enjoy the weekend. The location is amazing so close to the beach and restaurants close enough to walk. The house has plenty of space inside and outside to relax and visit. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. So Convenient and Comfortable

Great location and beach access!
Great location two blocks from the beach. Great beach access for swimming or just sunbathing in the sand Plenty of street parking. Very quiet. Very clean. Primary bedroom and bedroom with bunkbeds are upstairs. Each had their own adjoining bathroom- great water pressure! Large primary bedroom. Very comfortable king size bed. Third bedroom is downstairs with an adjoining bathroom and a queen size bed, and a sliding door to the back yard. Front patio with outdoor table and chairs and barbecue were excellent for eating outside. Living room had nice vaulted ceilings with a large TV. However, no cable TV just streaming. Kitchen was updated granite We had trouble with the lock getting in, and the management company immediately replied to us and got us in. Some restaurants are walkable. Great Location
Great property in a great location. A short two blocks from the ocean and a very nice beach. Close enough to La Jolla Village and Cove that you can walk there, or drive there in 3-4 minutes.
