One of the home's many highlights includes a patio for comfortable lounging, easy outdoor cooking, and al fresco dining for eight guests. Add a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, and gorgeous views and you will know that you are experiencing a little bit of heaven on earth. The exquisite upper-level patio/deck with all the amenities you could ask for to accompany the stellar pool and hot tub. You can literally spend all day and evening here relaxing, reconnecting, and enjoying.
The spacious living room offers breathtaking panoramic ocean views. Besides comfortable furnishings, you will also have a fireplace and a large flatscreen TV to enjoy. Or you can slip through the glass sliders and enjoy the ever-changing ocean landscape from a patio just outside. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all of the appliances and space you need to cook family meals. Beautiful views prevail in the kitchen and also in the dining nook that seats four. A dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and seats eight guests. Also located on the main level are three of the six bedrooms.
Wake up in the morning after a night's sleep to ocean views from the main bedroom which features a king bed, a large flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bath. A door to an outside patio makes it easy to enjoy the exquisite views any time of day or night. The second main level bedroom also features magnificent ocean views, a king bed, and a flatscreen TV. The third main-level bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flatscreen TV. These two bedrooms share a full hallway bath with an ocean view shower. Three additional bedrooms can be found down the steps on the lower level of the house. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, and a flatscreen TV. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, a 3/4 ensuite bath, and doors to an outside patio. The sixth bedroom doubles as a second living room and is perfect for the kids as it offers a large flatscreen TV, a fireplace, a couch, a king bed, and a foosball table. Just outside there is patio seating where you can also enjoy the view. The fourth and sixth bedrooms share a 3/4 bath accessible from the hallway.

This is a multi-level home with several steps between each level, and the front door and pool. See photos.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Ocean Sands Vacation Rentals.

Beautiful spot overlooking La Jolla with a lovely heated pool and hot tub. This house was perfect for our reunion gathering of friends - several relaxation spots, very functional kitchen and dining areas, plenty of bedroom space and bathrooms. Great House!
A great house and responsive host. Full of amenities such as beach towels, beach supplies, coffee, grill, etc. The view is incredible, you can see the beach and downtown San Diego like a king in a mountaintop castle. The driveway may be a challenge for two low-profile cars, but was easy enough for one sporty car and a truck. There's ample on-road parking too if it's a challenge. Girls Trip!!!
This house is beautiful and was perfect for our girls trip! We were excited for a nice relaxing getaway weekend and it’s exactly what we got, with a wonderfully beautiful and comfortable home! Could not be more perfect!
Stayed here for a bachelorette party and it could not have been more perfect!! It’s a beautiful home with amazing views tucked up away from city life. You can walk down to Bird Rock in 25 mins if you want to grab food, but if not you can be away from anything surrounded by peace the whole time. This place is ideal if you are looking for quiet and seclusion to hang with your group together, but if you are hoping to party and be loud this spot is not for you. Perfect House
We had a booking through a different rental company, only to have it get canceled 2 weeks prior to our trip. The Ocean Sands team was very helpful in an extremely stressful situation, they even blocked out our dates so we could figure out the other houses refund situation.
