Perched above La Jolla Village and the Pacific Ocean - yet close to both - this 2-story, 7-bedroom, 6-bath Mediterranean style home on 1/3 acre is as charming outside as it is inside.
An extensive patio features a large adobe fireplace with lots of seating. A barbecue and a table for dining al fresco right off the kitchen, makes meal making easy. The terraced lawn provides a great space for family games.
The hot tub in the garden is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring La Jolla Village, or an adventure to one of San Diego area's world-renowned attractions.
Open the front door to a large foyer with vaulted ceilings and Saltillo tiles throughout. The 2nd right off the foyer takes you to a hallway nook with a sink and refrigerator, then to a king bedroom with a large flat screen TV and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.
A left turn from the foyer takes you down a short hallway to another king bedroom on the right with a flat screen TV and French doors to a side patio. A hallway bath with a shower/tub combination and a separate laundry room are also on this hallway.
At the end of the hallway up 14 stairs, is a large “dormitory suite” above the garage. This room has a large flat screen TV, a closet, an ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower, 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, so this area can sleep 6 comfortably.
Return to the downstairs foyer and straight ahead is a dining area that seats 8-10. French doors take you to the outside patio with the fireplace, hot tub, additional seating nooks and the outside dining area.
To the right of the dining room is a living room with a fireplace, a large seating cluster, 2 additional seating nooks, and access to the outside patio.
To the left of the dining room is a modern kitchen with a sub-zero refrigerator and everything you need to create meals and snacks. A serene family room, next to the kitchen, has a dining nook for 4, a fireplace, a large flat screen TV, and lots of comfortable seating from which to enjoy it all.
Take 18 stair steps up from the entrance/foyer and immediately to your right is a library nook with a queen sofa sleeper. Also to the right is the king master suite with a private ocean view patio with a table and high-top chairs, a fireplace, flat screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs – a queen bedroom at the top of the stairs, also with a TV. To the left of the main hallway is a 2nd bedroom with 2 king beds, a large flat screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination.
A 3rd king bedroom at the end of the hallway has a writing desk, flat screen TV, a seating nook, a peek ocean view and an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination.
This home comfortably sleeps up to 20 people. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for you ultimate comfort. Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, washer and dryer, and multiple cars can park in the driveway.

We do NOT allow Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Idyllic Location to Enjoy Building Memories Together!
This was the perfect home for a 3 day family reunion. From ages 5 to 80, all 18 of us thoroughly enjoyed the amenities (comfy beds, large living spaces to congregate, spacious kitchen, good water pressure and never ran out of hot water for showers) and of course the gorgeous location and views of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms. The house was very clean and spacious. We were able to fit 5 cars in the driveway without any issues. It's walking distance to the village shops for morning coffee, window (or actual!) shopping and restaurants. A large grocery store is a mile away if you want to cook your meals. The host was very responsive to my questions leading up to our stay and directions are very simple and clear. The descriptions are accurate to what you will experience. REALLY LOVED STAYING HERE!
REALLY LOVED STAYING HERE! The place is huge, the views are amazing, the common areas are spacious and very comfortable, there are plenty of bathrooms, and the balconies, back yard, hot tub, and fire place were awesome. Our team would joke that we wanted to "renew our lease" and we were bummed to leave!The host went out of their way to ensure a great experience for us. Before we checked in, the host noticed that the fridge didn't cool to the temperature needed so they sent a new refrigerator before we even got to the house. They checked in on us throughout the trip too to make sure everything was good.Our team made great memories in this house.
