Upon entering this beach inspired home, you will find yourself in a sun filled dining area with a table for eight. To one side the living area boasts lots of comfortable seating around a large flat screen TV and an inviting fireplace.
Entertain yourselves with a game of shuffleboard or step out onto the front patio through large French glass doors where you can enjoy the breezes as you sip morning coffee or enjoy an evening libation or refreshment before dinner.
To the other side of the dining area, a wonderfully cheerful, fully equipped kitchen features a sunny breakfast nook, a built-in bar with seating for four, and high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a wine fridge. The kitchen overlooks an additional living area or family room, an ideal space for enjoying one another with comfortable seating around a large flat screen TV. French doors leading to the spacious outdoor dining area with al fresco dining around a table for eight and a barbecue. The main floor of the home also features a half bathroom.
A Y-shaped stairway leads to two upstairs wings - one with a private primary suite over the front of the home and the other to two guest bedrooms in the back.
The secluded king primary suite has a 50” wall-mounted flat screen TV recessed into a floor-to-ceiling natural stone fireplace and a quiet workspace. Rich Brazilian cherry wood flooring adds to the warmth of this room, while the suite's ocean view veranda offers refreshing ocean breezes.
The spa-like bathroom is a retreat unto itself. Relax in the tropical rain shower. The focal point of the master bathroom is a modern oval freestanding 72'' soaking tub.
The back guest suite boasts a king bed, a walk-in closet, a 42-inch high-definition flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the sun and ocean views.
The second guest suite features a queen size bed, a wall-swivel-mounted 40'' high-definition LCD TV, a large, mirrored closet, and a ceiling fan. Each of these guest suites has access to a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom featuring a travertine slab countertop, unique custom tile work, and a tub and shower.

The Location is Perfect
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the location is perfect. It really is steps down to the beach, and then up the street to great coffee, a gourmet grocery store, tacos, Chinese food and a great bar. It is very clean, fast internet, great hot water showers, and you could work all day on the upstairs deck in the quiet of the neighborhood shaded by a great umbrella. Don't miss the Sunday La Jolla Fresh Aire Farmers Market, which you can walk to. You could even walk all the way to the posh shopping streets and just a little further to the seals (it is a long walk but doable but there is also great valet in town.) Loved It!!!
We came here to look at San Diego State for our daughter and wanted to fold in a beach vacation. We are from Dallas and have never been to greater San Diego. La Jolla is beautiful and the home was perfect. Literally less than a block from the beach. We had plenty of beach time, were able to walk to restaurants, a market and played shuffle board and cards at night . We loved it. Experience Was Amazing
This house was a great central hub for all of our activities while in San Diego. An easy 1 mile walk to La Jolla town center (shops, restaurants, etc.) and only a block away from the ocean. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a washer/dryer, 2 tables with seating and 2 sitting areas, we were able to travel lighter, had spaces check emails with morning coffee, and spread out! No concerns over parking given the spacious garage.
