Sunsets and Swims
This single level contemporary home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With vacationing in mind, the house has been set up for lounging at the pool or use the outdoor kitchen system with a barbecue after a day at the beach or exploring San Diego.
The home features 4-bedrooms and 3-bath and a bonus game room. Decorative tile flooring and dimming LED lighting throughout with a flowing great room with cathedral ceilings with 3 skylights, a 70'' flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and a fire pit.
The dining area is just off the living area with wraparound bench seating so everyone can eat together here. The dining/kitchen area has a flat-screen TV. A modern, chic kitchen, with Kitchen-Aid stainless steel appliances and glass tiles, is outfitted with everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires - just add the food and the camaraderie and have fun. A kitchen door opens up to the outside patio and self-contained private backyard.
The primary Cal-king bedroom has slider access to the backyard with all of its amenities. A walk-in closet, a chair for reading or watching TV, and an ensuite bath with dual sinks and a large soaking tub/walk-in steam shower completes this peaceful retreat.
The second bedroom has two queen beds, a closet, and a 60” flat-screen TV. This bedroom and the king third bedroom share a jack and Jill bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower/tub combination.
The third bedroom has a king guest bed and a 42” flat-screen TV. This bedroom also shares the jack and Jill bathroom.
The four bedroom has a king bed. Right across a short hallway is the third bathroom that has a walk-in shower.
This home comfortably sleeps 10 in beds.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer and air conditioning except in the game room. There is parking for two small cars in the driveway or one large car and street parking is also available.
The garage has been transformed into a game room with a pool table, a Pac-Man, an electric futon, and a large flat-screen TV - making it a great place to play or relax when you have had enough fun in the sun.
Leave the cleaning to us! Simply take out the trash, start the dishwasher and all it was a vacation!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. We do NOT allow Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Enjoyed Our Stay
We stayed at the house for a few days to hit the beach and some local attractions with our kids and grandkids. The house was clean when we arrived. Far better than expected!
Photos do not do justice to this house. It was larger than expected, perhaps because of the rooms’ configuration. Because of being there around Thanksgiving’s cooler weather, we chose the option to have the pool heated. Water was a perfect temperature and we spent lots of outdoor time there —well worth the extra $100/day. Our multigenerational family loved the game room, the pool and spa, the bedrooms and well-stocked bathrooms, and the big table where we could all comfortably gather. Our appreciation to the rental company representatives, who responded quickly to questions before and during our stay. A few minor issues were dealt with. As some reviews have noted, there are periods of overhead airplane noise, but indoors, we heard little. This would not stop me from staying here again. Great Stay!
My group was there for a tennis tournament and the location was very close to Barnes Tennis Center (5 min drive) and maybe 10 mins to Peninsula Tennis Club. The house sits in a residential area so the surroundings were quiet. We were able to fit two cars on the driveway and find street parking for the remaining 3 cars each night. There are a few grocery stores nearby and we found everything we needed within the home except maybe for a wine opener but that was a minor detail. Bedsheets and linen were clean, house was spacious and had enough seating on the couch or dining table to host an intimate dinner, and having a coffee maker was a huge perk for me! Host was very proactive and responsive. Amazing House!
I recently stayed at this amazing Air BNB in San Diego and I cannot say enough good things about it! The house was beautifully decorated and with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to cook meals during our stay. The outdoor space was also fantastic, with a lovely patio area, pool, and a hot tub that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The location of the house was also ideal, with close proximity to all the best attractions in San Diego. We were able to easily access the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas within a short drive. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating, providing clear instructions for check-in and promptly responding to any questions we had during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this Air BNB to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to stay in San Diego. Great Stay!
We had a family of 10 stay in the house and had more than enough room. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The pool and spa were great and they provided more than enough pool towels. We stayed mostly to the house so I can't speak to location or proximity to sites, but there was a grocery store and shopping center conveniently close.
