A short walk to famous La Jolla Village with its abundance of dining, upscale shops, art galleries, museums, spas, and wonderful gifts is an easy fun excursion any time. Not to mention that in the greater San Diego area there are many world-class attractions like the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and Balboa Park - all just 15-20 minutes away.
The home is across the street from Cuvier Park and the wedding bowl - just steps to the ocean.
There are two bedrooms, each with a king bed.

There is only street parking available at this unit. Parking is available on the surrounding streets. The Village of La Jolla is very walkable, and ride-share is a great option.

Its location on the ocean with sweeping ocean views and lots of ways to enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches in the world - swim, surf, walk along the cliffs.

La Jolla Village is famous in its own right - and you are just a short stroll away from all it has to offer!
It is comfortable and easy so you can spend most of your time enjoying La Jolla and the rich, varied, greater San Diego area for your day's adventures.
There's plenty of street parking available, we give all of our guests a helpful map of the area that includes suggested places to park.
Pet Friendly (additional fees apply), one pet allowed under 20 pounds due to shared spaces.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
This unit is located in a complex with multiple units. All spaces within the complex, such as the BBQ, patios, and laundry areas are communal. The laundry now requires an app to be downloaded and there is a charge to do laundry.
There are several steps throughout the complex and to the unit on the second floor.
No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.
As a reminder, all pets must be kept on a leash and in the presence of their owner if they are outside an apartment unit.
Bonus additional washroom in unit with shower and sink.
Pack n' play available for rent, please contact the office for details.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. We do NOT allow Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

The Beach is So Close

Great location - street parking only. Spots on Cuvier (by the field) are 24 hour, also the few spots on Cuvier bordering the apartment complex (North side of street only). We loved our time at this condo. We could hear the beach, felt like we were at home, and had a very comfortable stay. Our daughter loved her queen bed, and we enjoyed a very comfortable king bed.
